In the heart, a pronounced smoky birch accord unfolds alongside velvety patchouli and delicate jasmine florals—very close to Creed Aventus.
Projection is confident: during the first two hours, the scent projects half a metre or more, then settles into a comfortable personal cloud. Longevity on my skin is around 8–9 hours, and the sillage on clothing endures up to two days. In cooler weather, the smoky-woody facets become more pronounced, while in warm conditions the citrus notes reveal themselves as fresh and light.
Thunderstorm excellently captures the spirit of Aventus at a much more accessible price point. It approaches the original’s complex multilayering yet gains in clarity and balance—making it a versatile choice for business meetings and evening outings.
