Refund policy

By placing an order with The CLONE, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

We proudly offer a satisfaction guarantee for eligible orders placed within the continental United States. If you are not satisfied with your fragrance, you may request a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY or request an exchange, subject to the conditions below. At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States due to shipping restrictions that apply to fragrance products.

Fragrance and Personal Care Items

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, opened items are generally considered non-returnable once opened for hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

However, as part of our customer satisfaction commitment, The CLONE may allow eligible returns or exchanges under certain conditions. To qualify, the item must meet all return eligibility requirements listed in this policy, including the required condition of the product, original packaging, and timing of the request.

Returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Important Notice

All approved returns are issued as store credit only in the form of a The CLONE e-gift card. Refunds are NOT issued back to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any payment processing fees and applicable original shipping costs may be deducted from the amount of store credit issued.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • the order must have been delivered within the continental United States;

  • the fragrance must be returned with at least 95% of the original liquid remaining;

  • the product must be returned in its original packaging, with the box intact;

  • the return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Sale items may still be eligible for return or exchange for store credit under our satisfaction guarantee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The CLONE is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been received and processed.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at help@cloneofperfume.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit does not include the original shipping charge, and any applicable payment processing or related fees may be deducted before the final store credit amount is issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away at help@cloneofperfume.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
