Shipping policy

When you place an order with The CLONE, we commit to preparing your purchase within 1-3 business days, no matter which shipping option you choose. Our dispatch days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Typically, orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. Allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched (e.g., an order placed on Monday will ship between Tuesday and Thursday).

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that express shipping costs and other third-party fees are non-refundable.

Packages may be delivered without a signature and usually arrive at the mailbox or front door of the specified address, though the final decision rests with the delivery courier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You'll get a confirmation email once your order has processed, which could take up to 72 hours from checkout. A second email will follow once your order has shipped, including your tracking number and a link to check the delivery status. Should there be any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and fees assigned by customs in their country. These charges are paid directly to the local carrier or government and are not collected by The CLONE. We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means these fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information on these charges.

It's crucial that you provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. Given our commitment to fast processing and shipping, there is only a brief window to alter your order details.
